Today, we would like to announce all our buyers at the service that we will inform you when the items will be arriving to our storage yards.

We will include this information via fax or e-mail every after engineauction.
Please check the bottom of the invoice for more detail.

Also please let us know if you have something you need urgent, we will try to get the items as soon as we can.

Currently we are developing this additional service for making it more perfect. Please let us know if anyway we can make you confortable!

当サービスではお客様が落札した商品を弊社が出品者の方々から引取り、弊社指定のヤードへ搬入しておりますが、このサービスを落札者様からの視点よりさらに便利なものとするため次回エンジンオークションより、オークション終了後に送付されます清算書と一緒に「弊社ヤード到着予想日」を書き込むこととしました。

これにより落札者様は、いつごろ弊社指定ヤードへ商品が到着するのかがわかるようになります。
また、緊急に引取り、または出荷が必要な場合にも弊社へ事前にご連絡いただければ、なるべくそれに対応できる手段をとってまいりたいと思います。

今後も更なるサービスの発展に努めていこうと思っておりますので皆様のご提案をお待ちしております。

（落札者様からのご入金確認後の引取りとなりますので、ご了承ください。）
●緊急急ぎ便のサービスを今後追加します。
（特定の商品の引取りとなりますので追加料金がかかります。）
